I realized I shouldn't be making promises no more cos Everytime I promise to update my blog,

It just doesn't happen! :/  I know I owe you guys BIG time already for not updating my blog. Like hello!?
Its already 2013!!  I will do my best to update it daily. (Ayan wala nang I promise :P)

So here's a quick post about my Idol stalk-a-thon last September :

♥ AI WEEK ♥

Me and my stepdad's the BIGGEST  A.I fans. Like there's nothing in this world my stepdad would skip TV Patrol for other than A.I on Starworld so imagine me and my stepdad's happiness when Jay a.ka Jessica Sanchez made it on the top 2. In fact I am so surprised I havent blogged about her before or how I screamed in our living room at 3 am when I saw she followed me on twitter!  Ultimately she became my most important errr popular follower ever! Well next to a1's Mark and Christian ofcourse...But that's a different story. My stepdad though as much as he wants to see them live would rather have me save my money for something else so despite me begging him to see the concert with me , I was only given a NO but Ofcourse knowing me, I just had to meet them. I didn't win any m & g's this time so as soon as I found out where they were staying at, Me , My bestfriend Rona and few of my friends made our way to Manila Hotel.

                                                                 SEPTEMBER 18

To tell you the truth, Getting this picture was harder than I thought!  When Jay came out from the elevator with her boyfi , The also famous Deandre Brackensick (which is btw , on the second's picture background right behind Jessica =) )  , They were mobbed by I'd say atleast a hundred people , Hmm , I honestly couldnt remember if I am exaggerating or if it was the actual numbers but its just too plenty to count! I was super bangag from all of that , so much that I kept bouncing from here to there completely without my sense of direction that my bff Rona had to threw me right in front of Jay. I couldn't remember how exactly it happened but I remember being in front of her with her bouncer's huge arms blocking the mini distance between me and the greatest A.I girl ever.. I HAD to beg her to have a picture with me! To my surprise, she took my hand , shooed her bouncer's scary arms away from me and had a pic together! Her eyes were closed but Im just happy that some of my friends were there as well for back up! lol

and yeah I met Heejun too! who was super funny as always :D

SO this happened on September 18 I think it was . I remember going home super happy until I realized I haven't met Colton Dixon! Being Pinay, It was pretty much given that I am a JAY fan besides the fact that she's a musical genius and her vocals were ala Beyonce for reals! Next to Jes, Colton was my fave from the whole season! It started when I heard him sing "What about Now" by one of my fave a.i as well, Daughtry! 

He also did his version of Lifehouse's Everything and Lets just say My love grew furthermore =))

Sept 19th.

And Because I didn't meet C and Rona haven't met Philip Phillips ( Am i spelling it right? Why dont we just stick with PP!?, Better right? lol  )  , I dragged my feet to Glorietta Activity Center despite the fact that I had to work that night and that I hate going into CD signings (cos you rarely have time to introduce urself  really )  and Rona, being the best ever friend in the world bought me a Jessica Sanchez CD although she wasn't really in the line -up among the 5 who signed the cds but thats quite alright cos they gave a free a.i posted which is half-ripped and vandalized already by my 2 beautiful but kulet nieces bcos they get too excited , sometimes . u know how it goes with kids :p....

  Okay okay, So to keep it short, Rona wished PP a Happy Birthday and PP stood up and gave her a hug, I was so happy for her, I wanted to scream so bad but Skylar was right in front of me so I didn't ! :p When I asked PP for a hug, he didn't even bother standing up although he did hug me but I guess PP could tell that Rona was his biggest fan! In fact she really is! And it was truly a well deserved hug..

I know we had a conversation for 10 seconds but I forgot how it went haha I remember telling Hollie though that She is like the barbie that I never had and she hugged me too! Anti Bullying : Bcos you are Beautiful and You deserve to know that.

There's probably many of us at some point who had to endure the pain of being bullied. Having people team up against you while others just sit and watch because they're too afraid to speak up and be treated the "uncool" one. Most of us suffer in silence , with hearts crushed, Cryely reigns. The best thing to do is walk away, It doesn't mean u're coward , It just means ,You're the bigger person but If you did try walking away, and they still won't stop , Do not be afraid to ask for help. Its okay to stand up for yourself cos The truth of the matter is ...Bullies..are the real weaklings! They are weak in spirit, its just a facade to do away from the fact that they have nothing else going for them. They want attention cos they know of no other way to fit in socially. They know none of compassion cos they were not taught that . They are insecure beings who wants to drag people into their misery. So insecure that the only way they could feel good about themselves is if they are able to put people down. 

If you are suffering from being bullied , Do not be afraid to speak up. Remember that No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. There's always people willing to help . Realize that most of the time , These bullies are only trying to put you down cos you're way above them. Every person is beautiful in their own way and do not let anyone tell you that you're not. You are created so special that you may have your own way of touching other people's lives. Just b'cos they don't see how wonderful you are doesn't mean that you're not wonderful. If you open your eyes , You will see how much you're loved and that you are a blessing to many people.
Do not let these bullies take away the things that makes you special.

They are not worth your tears , not worth your suffering and to those, with friends , family or kids , who have people suffering these things and aren't as strong enough to stand up for themselves , Hear them out and be a stronger voice. Sometimes all they need is to see someone willing to walk beside them in this fight against bullying so they would have the power to fight for themselves.

Stay strong little soldier and Remember that God is closest to the brokenhearted :)

Not soo Blue with Blue

I love this blue beach dress so its kinda frustrating how I couldn't wear this at work cos I do not want to look like I am wearing a "pambahay bestida" (as my lola would put it)  being that its too flowy and all :P
but this cute denim blazer from La Sparkle is a quick fix!  It kind of updated this dress so it still looked hip plus its so comf'table  and "commute friendly".. Anyways Hope you liked it too! =))

Meeting Snowpatrol - My Rainbow After The Rain

So its been truly a devastating week here in my country.. :( Im glad the rain has finally stopped.

It left me sick as a puppy though so Im stuck at home this weekend *sigh*

I'm planning to go over my stuff and see what I can give to our people . I really wish I could give more :(

I feel bad that I couldn't even volunteer cos I am too sick to even get out of the house to get some sunshine. Sucks big time :( Anyway I just wanna say that one of the things that makes me really proud being a Filipino is the fact that in times like this,Everyone helps out each other like family,Somehow it lightens up the load :)


On a much lighter note, Out of all the news that came out on TIVO this past week, the ONLY one news that got me all smiles is SNOW PATROL arriving to Manila :)) I've been such a huge fan since Chasing Cars came out and I was sooo ready to brave the floods and the rain just to catch a glimpse of "Gary Lightbody"..I love him that much that it crushed me (crushed tlga teh!? arte lang haha) when I thought I wouldn't get to see him no more bcos of the stupid rain :( So imagine the smile on my face when I got a text from one of my ever dear bff's Ate Myra saying that We're still on to stalk Gary!!! I get up my bed in a flash to dress up and travel from South to North to get to the hotel asap!


It was like a scene from a movie, Gary rushing to the lobby, well not to see me (wish ko lang!) haha and I couldn't believe my eyes that he really is right in front of me wearing such beautiful smile..

I died I died I died lol So after my turn ( for a pic lang, kayo tlga :P) He spent some time chatting us up and Idk how with all that lil butterflies in my oversized tummy, I managed to say a line in my most fangirl tone ever "I cant wait to sing with you tonight" talking about the upcoming Araneta show happening later that night! He smiled and said something that I couldn't remember cos I was soooooooooooo in the moment that I got lost along with it (gumaganun!? Landi eh haha) ..All i could remember is that one fine moment where I asked Gary if I could hug him and he said yes sooo willingly with that to-die-for smile and how it felt as though he wouldn't wanna let gooo wahhh he was even caressing (haha parang ang sagwa!) my shoulders and all that sweet lil crap lol *sigh* If only I could turn back time...We''ll do it all..Everything...On our own...Oh diba maipasok lang!? lol

Its Never Hello.

I cant take the pain. Losing someone you know you'll never see again is like having a monster inside of you slowly eating up every flesh that gets on its way as it makes its way to your heart. Torturing you until you beg for death ... and if that's NOT enough, You lay all your cards on the table, poured your heart out to what seemed to be the last chance to let it all out only for this person to not acknowledge your pain, ignore your tears and just flat out make you feel non existent yet you thought you actually meant something,  like he would actually cherish me...Now I don't even remember why I even felt that once upon a time.

I am grieving for many reasons I don't understand. It doesn't seem to make any sense. I am just a girl from Strangelandia whom he met, became friends with and to think that I've only known him in such a short time, Why does it seem like so much of me is being taken away..If I am in denial I don't even know but I am more confused than a homeless person in house arrest.

I don't know how to deal with the pain, Its like having my heart fell on the ground and having him walk all over it like my feelings didn't mean shit.

Now I do not know what I am grieving the most, is it him walking away or is it him not feeling the same way?

The sound of rain outside my window doesn't help.

The Black Skirt

Making a quick post before sleeping. So sorry for not updating my blog for quite some time now.I owe you guys kwento,..Ive been super hella busy BUT I promise I'll update this as much as I can and will post plenty more pictures real soon :D

Anyways , Wanted to share what I wore watching David Cook live in Manila last July 14th. This black mesh skirt from Monkeebusiness Manila (http://www.facebook.com/monkeebusinessmanila1) is my most favorite piece of the year! Its sexy, flowy..I just adore how much it moves with me as I walk... Aaminin ko, Anlakas nya maka Cleopatra! Haha :P Well, I wanted to create a sultry rockstar'ish look with it so I paired it with this 100-peso tierred top that I got from my fave Tiangge in the world (Northgate's tiangge!) , My most fave studded leather jacket and my 75-peso studded yellow slip ons! yes my sweethearts, without the jacket , this outfit only costs 670 :D 

I love branded stuff but for a bread winner like myself, Its not exactly the most practical thing to do so as much as i love the likes of Dorothy Perkins, Debenhams etc etc I prefer haggling thru Tiangge's and discovering hip thrifted stores, NOT only cause its cheaper but u can also find some of the most interesting pieces (vintage!) ever made, Like that 35 peso royal blue skirt ( See my Scarf Madness post) i got from an UKAY in BAGUIO (Been 2 years and Im still wearing it!) 



Btw that shot of mine with a lil bit of flesh, I didnt notice that the belt was not aligned properly so please forgive the malfunct! lol Anyways hope you like it :D

Pretty in Pattern

Wore this outfit when I went to mall with 2 of my darling nieces. As much as possible I dont like wearing pants! especially when Im walking around a mall...Since I am commuting with the 2 angels, I thought I'd come up with an outfit that's comfy but pretty. Something commute-friendly :D


So here ya go... This is me wearing my 150php Polka buttoned shirt and my 150- php skirt both of which I got from Northgate's tiangge! Paired it with my 75php studded yellow slips ons and my beautiful necklace from Cruella n Co that I got for only 180php :) and if I may add, I highly recommend you check out their shop if you get some real fab-to-die-for dresses and accessories for less than 500php a pc! Manhattan in Me

I commute to work everyday and Having to ride in a public vehicle everyday , Wearing a mini dress plus heels to work can be a CHALLENGE so I came up with this look inspired by New Yorkers I see on TV. Paired my grey dress with a black cardi , purple stocking and my laced up booties! The leopard print on the booties heels adds a lil twist to the whole ensemble. Its very comfortable too, They are sooo lightweight! Hope you like it!

Friday SCARF madness

On regular days where I dont get to go somewhere else other than my normal home-work-home routine , The highlight of my day has always been diving into my closet seeking my outfit to work! I know I buy clothes so much , perhaps a lil too much :P but my fashion is my art , like a photographer to its camera, or a painter to its paint , I am my Fashion.. I feel like its where im able to express myself best  other than my music ofcourse :D

While others are rather comf'table with jeans and shirt, I am comfy when I aint wearing a simple jeans and a simple shirt lol A bestfriend of mine Herbie once told me, "You have to dress like the person that you want to become"... I live by that every day. The other day I was wearing the newly shipped gorgeous dress i got from SHOP NITA when I bumped into my friend Tricia who then asked where I get my clothes from...I told her how I found out about this shop from my favorite stylist/blogger Aisa Ipac and she said "No wonder you dont dress like anyone else".. That was seriously the biggest compliment ever cos I strive each day to look my best without compromising who I am...I want people to look at me and realize what I am all about..
Most importantly I wanna inspire people to wanna look nice all the time..Everyone deserves to feel good about themselves and when u know ure wearing something nice that reflects who you are, You feel awesome  you look awesome , then YOU become awesome ♥

Bestfriend Weekend

You know how sometimes u have these awesome friends..So awesome , it makes u feel that meeting a cute guy is actually just a BONUS to your already SPECTACULAR life! Well thats the kind i got :)


Saturday night, I was out with my goodlooking bffs, Herbie bear , his s.o and Sarah doll. Had a few beers , stayed up till  5 am, I gotta admit, Ive missed that! Sarah & Herbie were the kind of friends I cud be my crazy self with without having to worry about calling the popo's lol . I am glad I took the risk of travelling thru stormy weather cos just seeing their smiles makes it worth the while =)


Sunday, I went to Ai's post Birthday bash and we went to MUSIC21 where we sang our hearts out and partied like there's no tmw! I swear...I havent had so much fun in such a long time! And I am sooo proud cos everyone in the room sings like a pro!!! I told you they're awesome haha I just couldnt be prouder and Oh yeah...We went to watch Nomads and thought I was in heaven seeing the uber gorgeous players! and oh yeah *kilig*..There's this one guy from the bunch who actually asked for my name and striked a convo with me killing my insides with that sweet smile! I wont name him but Oh gosh, CALL Me MAYBE!?

Mangoes and Hope.

I was outside our house just few minutes ago to make a phone call when this old man who lives few houses away who can barely speak and walk handed me out a plastic. His medical condition won't let him speak and move so well but he managed to tell me to get the 3 mangoes from the plastic to give to my nieces. I was still trying to process what he was saying so he ended up trying to get the mangoes from the plastic himself that he lost his balance and almost fell. I was able to hold his arms so he didn't fell. I am in tears cos he thought of my pamangkins and I am in awe of his effort to walk up our place just to hand out those mangoes with his condition being what it is. I am so touched by his kindness that Im still tearing up. Sometimes bad things happen that makes you wanna believe that the world is running out of good people but this man just showed me not to give up on people. Love is Hope.

My First Closet Raid!

I am but the biggest fan of Aisa Ipac and Camille Co! They're so awesome that when I look at their styling stint I turn into a 10 year old who someday wishes I'll be just like 'em! They are seriously my modern day heroes... fabness-wise! Anyway In honor of my super duper love for these 2. Ima start bloggin' what I wear hoping Id get to inspire whoever sees this blog just like what they have done to yours truly so here's some of the clothes i got over the last week and what I wore to watch the Avengers with my bestfriend Rona! Btw Be easy on me, I am just startin this new thing :p
Hopefully id get to inspire others to look fab as well cos thats what this is for!!!!  I wanna show people how  we can all look good without depleting ur savings account :P

Secondhand dreams come to life.

SOOOO it wudve been a regular Tuesday at work...except that I have only slept for 2 hrs within the last 36 hours and I actually went to a concert prior to work! Good Lord I didn't even think I have absorbed an itsy bitsy topic from training bcos I keep zoning out from time to time. NOT MY TRAINER'S fault btw! He was a nice intelligent foreign person but ..WELL BLAME THE FANGIRLING!!!

That Labor Day Tuesday, I went on twitter and saw Dayly tweeted a contest for Secondhand Serenade's m & g. The Dayly people were soooo lovely that I would feel like a total jerk to have to ask them for any other favor as if they haven't done enough for me already!!! SO I figured I'll just join the contest before I sleep . After 2 hours, I woke up from my sleep to pee (not to be so graphic haha) thought id check my twitter and BOOM I won!!!...Along with 4 of my awesome friends. Mabel, Ysha, Me Ann and Maddie! HAPPY PLACE ♥ 

Ofcourse I couldn't sleep no more after that.. About 3 pm, I left my house and finally arrived exactly at 5:30 (which is the actual m & g calltime!) , after looonng hours of commuting from South to North and rubbing elbows with perv manongs on the bus :/ That's the part I hate most about having to get on a bus! U wear a dress or a short shorts due to the unbearable summer heat and they check you out like you're some meat at their local Monterey shop! Arrrggggh... I seriously seriously have to get me a CAR so I cud finally wear whatevs the hell I want! 


SO I saw few of my most favorite people on Earth like the Dayly peeps and some non-favorites of mine (that's the best way I could put it :P) and It was about a lil past 6 when my favorite moment finally arrived *drumroll* I met John Vesely again!!!, who btw gushed when I had him sign our picture from years ago! One of his touring band even said " Dude, Crazy hair!" Haha That pic actually is one of my top fave from my stalkathon collection cos he had his arms around me *blushes*. I gave him the instructions on where Id like to be held and tralalalalalala He exceeded my expectations. If he's got a scorecard, He'll be UNO for outstanding..I wish I could rate him for something else Haha..Im just naturally pervy (well to my rockstars or not so rockstars loves ONLY)..I guess that doesn't make me a complete perv ryt!? 



GOING back to SKYDOME where it all happened, We lined up (Ok i dont even wanna start on that but SKYDOME should seriously come up with a better plan than having concertgoers line up for what seemed to be a public terminal and arrange an actual place just outside the venue where people can actually look like theyre there for a concert not to ride a bus :) ) Dont get me wrong my loves, I love love the SM peeps for coming up with Skydome cos I get to see the performers onstage so close, I cud see their pores :P but I am just so sure they could do so much better!!! Ok, I wasn't really planning on discussing that but oh well..My bad. 

The show finally started a lil past 8 with these awesome kids of GRACENOTE kicking off the show with 4 songs and I gotta admit, I actually loved their perf! I wasn't totally giddy about the Somebody that I used to know cover but their original songs were great! Kudos to these guys!!!! 


The much awaited serenade happened prolly 10 minutes after GRACENOTE left the stage and just like that Trinoma show back in 2008, He had me again *lets out a dreamy sigh* John Vesely have this f*ckin awesome vocal chords THAT Watching him live is way better than listening to his cd!!! Seriously, He's that awesome LIVE! 

I have so much respect to people who write their own stuff so relatable it hits your soul. JOHN is that. I honestly thought I have outgrown his music but after watching him live again, The flame was rekindled 

Chos! :) It was one of those one nighters that was so good, u just need to have that happen again Haha Sorry..Im crazy like dat :P I absolutely hate the fact that I couldn't finish the show bcos I had to leave at 9:45 to get to work by 11 but darn , That 7 songs were precious! I have to say that when I was zoning out in the training room, I was actually imagining how the "Fall for you" live perf would've sounded like.. I am sure it was awesome...To those peeps dissing John Vesely for being a mainstream emo God.. HE WRITES REAL STUFF and he killed the night with that awesome vocals! Respect the man cos he deserves it! Atleast he doesn't rely on autotune to sound great.. Oopsie.. Sharing my pic with the Vesely.
